We have had the new automated sorter for over 6 months. The biggest change I notice is that we don't panic every time the yellow light comes on. Most things we can fix without calling IT. I believe in being proactive: cleaning the eyes daily, wiping it down so it maintains its "new look". We thought we might feel self-consious with customers looking at us in the window from MMM all day. That has not been the case; we do not even notice them...noticing us.

In other news, my son, Dusty Grundmeier, leaves for Norway tomorrow to spend a semester doing math research. Stay warm!
